Hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously in large used oak barrels, Theodora undergoes a 9-month elevage without batonnage and is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfur. Cheerful, elegant, and a bit mischievous, Theodora captures hearts with her vibrant personality and steady reliability—a true standout in the Gut Oggau family.
