Anders Frederik Steen crafts his wines in the Ardèche region of France with his partner Anne Bruun Blauert .Flickering Through My Naked Thoughts 2023 is a blend of Grenache Noir and Cinsault, macerated for over nine months in pressed Cinsault juice, followed by a long winter of patience before pressing and a year of aging in barrels .The wine is bottled as Vin de France at 12.7% alcohol .The grapes are sourced from Les Raisins de Domaine du Mazel and from ABB & AFS in Valvignères, farmed organically .
