So Far Out Flood Light Snow Pet-Nat 2024 is a dry sparkling rosé made from a 50/50 blend of certified organic Clairette Blanche and Mondeuse sourced from a single vineyard just east of Los Alamos in Santa Barbara County, California. The pétillant naturel method — bottling the wine before fermentation is complete so it finishes in bottle — gives the wine its soft, natural effervescence. Produced by So Far Out Winery, a joint project between Field Recordings’ Andrew Jones, organic grape grower Mike Testa, and wine industry veteran Jamil Williams, So Far Out Flood Light Snow Pet-Nat 2024 uses 100% certified organic fruit from Santa Barbara County.
