Description
Sylvain Bock Petit Raffut is a natural red wine from the Ardèche region in France. This cuvée is crafted from 100% Syrah grapes from young vines planted on limestone soils in the southern part of Ardèche. The region’s diverse terroir and favorable climate contribute to the grapes’ optimal ripening and flavor development. In the cellar, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration, enhancing the wine’s fruitiness and softening tannins. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 10 months in old barrels, allowing it to develop complexity while maintaining freshness. Bottling is done without fining, filtration, or adding sulfites, adhering to natural winemaking principles.
