Il Farneto New Player in Town NV is a dry pétillant naturel made from 100% Trebbiano Modenese, grown on biodynamic vineyards at approximately 250 metres altitude in Castellarano, between the hills of Scandiano and Canossa in western Emilia-Romagna. Produced by Azienda Agricola Il Farneto, the sandy clay and limestone soils carry fossiliferous deposits that give the wines their distinct mineral character. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled before fermentation is complete in the traditional Metodo Ancestrale, Il Farneto New Player in Town NV is unfined, unfiltered, and carries minimal added sulfites. 11% ABV.
