This 2025 expression utilizes a classic distillery mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, representing one of the brand’s most mature and rare offerings. While the brand is known for Indiana-sourced stocks, this specific lot was distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky, and matured for over a decade in heavily toasted, Char #3 American oak barrels from East Bernstadt Cooperage.
This evolutionary process yields a rich and complex profile of dark cherry, crème brûlée, and cacao nibs, balanced by a deep undercurrent of charred oak and tobacco with an exceptionally long, warming finish.
