Domaine de Grisy Bourgogne Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay from Burgundy’s Côtes d’Auxerre, a subregion north of Chablis known for limestone-clay soils that impart pronounced minerality and freshness. Organically farmed grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged in stainless steel to preserve purity. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfites added, reflecting the estate’s sustainable ethos. Produced by Pascal Sorin’s family, who have cultivated vineyards in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux for 18 generations.
