Domaine La Bohème G&M 2023 is a dry skin-contact white wine crafted by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau as part of the négociant range under the Domaine La Bohème label. The name stands for Grenache and Muscat, the two aromatic varieties that anchor every edition of this cuvée. Grapes are sourced from trusted organic growers across Languedoc and Auvergne, including Muscat d’Alexandrie from Canet-en-Roussillon and Grenache Gris, alongside Riesling and Auxerrois. Each variety is vinified and macerated separately in amphorae before blending. Domaine La Bohème G&M 2023 is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur. Vin de France.
