Description
Sav’Or is Jean-Michel Petit’s approachable, early-release Savagnin, grown on limestone and marl soils in Pupillin. Organically farmed and fermented with native yeasts, the wine is aged in neutral oak barrels and bottled without additions. It’s made in the ouillé style (topped up during aging) to preserve freshness and purity of fruit.
