Description
De Levend Cortez Orange 2025 is a dry skin-contact wine made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Muscat sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Mendocino and Sonoma counties, California. The grapes undergo 12 days of skin maceration before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Made by Les Lunes winery in the Bay Area, De Levend Cortez Orange 2025 is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites. The 12-day maceration extracts color, tannin, and texture from the skins, while the Muscat contributes aromatic intensity and the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay provide acidity and structure.
