Description
Domaine H AOP Vin de Savoie Mondeuse Rien à Perdre 2024 is a dry red wine made by Sukhwan Ha at Domaine H, his estate on the Torméry hillside in Chignin, Savoie, France. A small-production single-cuvée Mondeuse vinified from old-vine organically farmed parcels on clay-limestone soils at 1,150 to 1,310 ft elevation, the wine is fermented naturally, aged in old oak barrels, and bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites. Domaine H AOP Vin de Savoie Mondeuse Rien à Perdre 2024 is produced in just 600 bottles per vintage. The name translates as “nothing to lose,” a reference to the spirit in which Sukhwan founded the estate in 2023.
