Face B Blanquette de Limoux Pif Paf Brut Nature is a sparkling wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. Made by Séverin Barioz, it features a blend of Mauzac (90%) and Chenin Blanc (10%), both organically farmed. The wine undergoes traditional method fermentation, similar to Champagne, and is aged for at least 18 months before being bottled without added sugar (Brut Nature), resulting in a dry, crisp profile. Lively citrus and green apple flavors, alongside hints of almond and hazelnut, with a refreshing acidity and a slightly creamy texture. Its fine bubbles and bright palate make it an ideal pairing with aperitifs, fried foods, and cheese.
