This expression is uniquely crafted from a mash bill of only rye and malted barley, intentionally omitting corn to deliver a spicy, robust profile reminiscent of 19th-century traditions.

Aged in historic, century-old warehouses, the spirit leads with an enticing nose of dried fruit and fresh dill. The palate is a complex union of cracked black pepper and warming clove, softened by layers of caramel and honeyed sweetness.
