Description
Clovis Côtes du Rhône 2023 is crafted by Remi Pouizin, a biodynamic vintner based in Visan, the northernmost region of the Southern Rhône. This organic wine blends Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan, fermented and aged in concrete tanks with no oak. The grapes come from Pouizin’s estate combined with three other organic producers within a 10km radius. The vineyard parcels span elevations between 200 and 350 meters, benefiting from the Mediterranean climate’s warmth while maintaining freshness. Minimal intervention winemaking with delicate extraction preserves the purity of fruit expression from these biodynamically farmed vineyards in the renowned Côtes du Rhône appellation.
