Description
An alpine Mondeuse from Jean-Yves Péron, grown on limestone and clay slopes in Savoie and farmed with a low-intervention approach. The fruit is hand-harvested and sees a long maceration before fermenting with native yeasts, followed by aging in neutral vessels. Bottled without fining or filtration and with minimal added sulfur, the wine shows a lifted but structured profile, combining dark fruit, spice, and a fresh mineral edge shaped by altitude.
