Description
Maurizio Ferraro Secondome Vino Bianco is an orange wine from Montemagno in Piedmont’s Monferrato area. Made from a blend of Timorasso, Chardonnay, and Grignolino, the wine undergoes extended skin maceration for approximately one month. Chardonnay is vinified on skins like a red wine, while Grignolino is pressed and added to the blend. The wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats and ages on lees. Produced organically, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites.
