Description

They are champions of the region, the Pinot Noir grape, and sustainable viticulture. They consider the 2016 Pinot a return to form after years of drought. Warm days and cool nights allowed the grapes to grow perfectly, and the harvest was quick and easy. Small and dense grapes ensured that the 2016 Pinot Noir would be beautifully balanced but still intense. The fruit on the nose fades into herbs, cola, and oak—a beautiful wine to pair with dinner.
