Description
Lucas Madonia Adieu Chasselas is a natural white wine produced in the Valais region of Switzerland. Crafted from 100% Chasselas grapes grown on schistous soils at high elevations, the wine reflects the unique alpine terroir. The grapes are directly pressed, and fermentation occurs in neutral barrels, followed by aging for one year before bottling. Adhering to a zero/zero philosophy, the wine is made without any additives or sulfur.
