Description
Il Farneto Frisant Lambrusco Rosato 2022 is a naturally sparkling dry rosé made from Lambrusco Grasparossa grown organically and biodynamically on Azienda Agricola Il Farneto’s estate in Castellarano, Province of Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna. The vineyards sit at approximately 820 feet elevation on sandy-clay soils with limestone between the hills of Scandiano and Canossa. Four hours of skin maceration draws color and light structure before spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Il Farneto Frisant Lambrusco Rosato 2022 uses the ancestral method, with natural bottle re-fermentation creating the effervescence. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites. 12% ABV.
