Domaine de Fontsainte Réserve La Demoiselle Corbières is a premium red wine from the Corbières appellation, crafted by Bruno Laboucarié primarily from century-old Carignan vines planted as far back as 1904. Located in Boutenac within Corbières’ “Golden Crescent,” the vineyard benefits from optimal sun exposure and protection from cold northeast winds by a nearby 500-hectare forest. The wine undergoes traditional winemaking with whole cluster fermentation and extended aging. The terroir combines silica, clay, and limestone soils in the rugged, garrigue-covered hills surrounding the historic thermal spring estate.
