The vines, aged between 15 and 45 years, thrive in clay-limestone and clay soils, producing a wine with fresh, lively energy. Certified organic and biodynamic, this wine undergoes a long, gentle maceration followed by 5 months of aging in tanks, highlighting the elegance and brightness of the fruit.
