Description
Andre & Michel Quenard Les Abymes Les Roches du Mont Granier is made from 100% Jacquère grapes grown on limestone rubble from the catastrophic 1248 landslide of Mont Granier in Savoie. The Quenard family farms 22 hectares along steep Alpine slopes around Chignin using sustainable practices. The wine undergoes natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. The unique terroir consists of limestone scree mixed with glacial moraines, creating exceptional drainage and mineral complexity.
