Crafted from 100% Gamay grapes sourced from organically farmed vineyards, the wine reflects the region’s diverse terroirs. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo carbonic maceration, a technique that enhances the wine’s fruity character. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wine is aged briefly in neutral vessels. Bottled without filtration or added sulfur, Gamay Sans Toi embodies a minimalist approach.
