Domaine de Montille, established in the 1730s in Burgundy, scaled down from 25 to 2.5 hectares due to phylloxera but remained focused on quality under Hubert de Montille since 1947. Now managed by his children, particularly Etienne, the estate has expanded, embracing organic and biodynamic practices. Etienne has augmented their holdings, acquiring significant vineyards while maintaining a commitment to expressive, terroir-driven wines.
