Description
Jean-Marc Dreyer Origin Pinot Gris is a skin-contact white wine from Alsace, France. Crafted from 100% biodynamically farmed Pinot Gris grapes grown on clay-limestone soils around Rosheim, the grapes undergo a gentle 7–10 day maceration outside the cellar. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wine is aged in large old wooden barrels (foudres) for approximately 11 months. Bottled without filtration, fining, or added sulfur, this wine reflects Dreyer’s commitment to minimal intervention and the authentic expression of terroir.
