Bone-dry and bracingly fizzy, Folicello G. Turbo Lambrusco is a sparkling rosato crafted entirely from Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. Marco and Antonella farm their vines organically in Castelfranco Emilia, within Modena province, where clay, silt, and sand soils shape the grape’s character. Direct pressing extracts bright color and fresh fruit, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine completes secondary fermentation in bottle using the ancestral method, creating its lively mousse. Folicello G. Turbo Lambrusco is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites—resulting in a hazy, energetic frizzante at 11% ABV.
