The wine is bottled as Vin de France from the Languedoc-Roussillon is a blend of 30% Grenache Gris, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Terret Gris and 20% Terret Blanc, directly pressed and rested in tank for 5 months before bottling .Benjamin has worked his vineyards organically from the start, attained organic certification in 2011, and incorporated biodynamic farming with Demeter certification in 2022 .
