Description
La Cofradía Catrina Edition Blanco Tequila is crafted from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. Agaves are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens and crushed using a tahona wheel to extract natural sweetness. The juice is then distilled twice in small-batch copper pot stills, resulting in a vibrant, clean expression of agave with crisp herbal and citrus notes.
