Rosso Isi by Sicilian wine master Alessandro Viola, is a red natural wine made from a blend of Nero d’Avola grapes and Nerello Mascalese grapes farmed organically under the appellation Terre Siciliane IGT. Alessandro Viola adopts a non-interventionist winemaking approach: spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites.
