Description
Jean-Marc Dreyer Pink Pong Maceration is a natural rosé wine from Alsace, France, crafted from a blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes. The estate, located in Rosheim, practices certified biodynamic viticulture, emphasizing minimal intervention to produce authentic wines. The vineyards are characterized by clay-limestone soils, contributing to the wine’s minerality. Grapes undergo a short maceration period to extract color and flavor, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in old wooden foudres, bottled without filtration, and no sulfur is added.
