Description
Les Valseuses Expensive Shit is an orange wine made by Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne and Julia Naar from Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes sourced in the Jura region. The wine undergoes three months of whole cluster maceration in concrete vats, producing an orange-style white wine with extended skin contact. The Jura terroir features limestone-rich soils with marl deposits at elevations between 250-400 meters. The grapes come from south-facing slopes that benefit from the continental climate. No sulfites are added during natural winemaking production.
