Description
Viña Echeverría No es Pituko Cabernet Franc is a natural wine from Curicó Valley, Chile. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from 20-year-old ungrafted vines on French pre-phylloxera rootstock at 243 meters elevation. Hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by six months lees aging. Produced from sustainable farming on well-drained alluvial soils, the wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined, with no added sulfites at 14% alcohol, showcasing minimal intervention winemaking.
