The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo delivers dark cherry fruit with soft, silky tannins—wild fermented and stainless steel aged. The Trebbiano d’Abruzzo offers crisp citrus and saline minerality, whole-bunch pressed and rested on fine lees. The Trebbiano Orange transforms the same grape through 20 days of skin contact in terracotta amphorae, adding golden color, dried apricot, and gentle tannic texture. Three wines, one holistic farm 8km from the Adriatic Sea—unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites.
