A pale rosé from Patrimonio made with Niellucciu, grown on limestone-rich soils influenced by coastal winds. The fruit is harvested by hand and sees a short maceration to achieve its delicate color and light structure. Fermented with native yeasts and aged briefly to retain freshness, the wine is bottled with a focus on purity and balance.
