Winemaker France Gonzalvez, who trained alongside renowned Beaujolais producers Xavier Bénier and Jean-Claude Lapalu before returning to her native Savoie in 2020, crafts this wine using whole-bunch fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. Approximately 15% of France Gonzalvez Toni P. ages briefly in oak barrels. At just 10.5% alcohol, the wine reflects Savoie’s alpine terroir—steep limestone slopes and glacial deposits delivering freshness and mineral character. Bottled unfined and unfiltered under the Vin de Savoie appellation.
