Stagiaire Wine approaches this cuvée with minimal intervention, employing whole-cluster fermentation and extended maceration. The 2024 vintage benefited from a warm growing season with compressed ripening. This zero-zero wine sees no sulfur additions and remains unfined and unfiltered.
