The 2016 Spice & Jam Trading Co. Bold Red recently took home a Double Gold medal from the 2018 North of the Gate Wine Competition and a Gold from the 2018 New York International Wine Competition! The Petit Verdot-Zinfandel blend is a celebration of fruit and oak. An explosion of flavor sets this wine apart as a must try. The two grapes that make this wine bring fabulous complementary notes. The Zinfandel is the backbone of the wine with strong fruit flavors and a nice acidity, and the Petit Verdot brings a vibrant color and secondary notes of caramel and toffee.
