Description
Frédéric Cossard Cuvée C Carignan is crafted entirely from organic Carignan grapes grown at the base of Mont-Ventoux in Vaucluse. This négociant wine is produced by the Burgundy natural wine legend using whole bunch maceration with gentle extraction for two weeks, followed by soft pressing. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ages for six months in vats. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites.
