Description
Domaine Dupeuble Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 is produced by Domaine Dupeuble Père & Fils from 100% Gamay grapes grown in Le Breuil in southern Beaujolais. The estate manages 40 hectares of vineyards with vines aged 50 to 100 years planted on granite, clay, and limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo carbonic maceration for five days with indigenous yeasts. Domaine Dupeuble Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 ferments without added sulfur and is bottled unfiltered without chaptalization, fining, or degassing. The wine ages in stainless steel before release on the third Thursday of November.
