Description
Carolina Gatti Pinpinea Rosato Pet-Nat is a natural sparkling wine from Veneto, Italy, crafted from 100% Raboso grapes grown organically in Ponte di Piave. The grapes are harvested by hand from vines trained using the traditional belussera method on clay-chalk soils. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, followed by 15 days of skin contact. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered using the ancestral method, with minimal added sulfites.
