Laureano Serres produces Mendall BB Blanc in the Terra Alta region of Catalonia, Spain. This natural wine blends Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo grapes from old vines planted in limestone-rich soils at up to 500 meters. Laureano, a pioneer of zero-intervention winemaking, uses organic farming methods, spontaneous fermentation, and no added sulfur. The wine is aged briefly in vats, preserving its fresh, vibrant character.
