Description
Bianco is a blend of mostly Malvasia and Procanico, with a small addition of ancient local grapes, Moscato, Giallo, and Roscetto from 50-year-old vines. Extended skin contact, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months. This orange wine is racy, bright, zesty, and citrusy! Very approachable in its youth!
