We harvest these Zinfandel grapes by hand at peak maturity, utilizing a measured use of French and American oak barrels to add complex notes of cocoa and spice. Vintage The 2024 growing season in Dry Creek Valley was defined by warm daytime temperatures and the signature cooling influence of the Pacific. These conditions allowed for a steady overripening of the fruit, resulting in a ripe & jammy profile with concentrated flavors of boysenberry and black pepper. The gravelly loam soils of the valley floor provided the necessary drainage to produce grapes with deep color intensity and fine-grained tannic structure.
