Description
Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme La Tesnière is a 100% Pineau d’Aunis from the Loire Valley, an ancient and rare red grape variety that survives mainly in the Touraine. Thierry Puzelat, the younger of the two brothers who run Clos du Tue Boeuf, founded this négociant project that has since been continued as Domaine Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme. The wine is aged in futs and demi-muids, producing a light yet complex bottling marked by red fruits, white pepper, and fresh acidity.
