Master Distiller Fred Noe selected the batch from across four different rack-houses, aged 6 years, 3 months and 6 days. Second release in the Booker’s 2017 Collection, this batch pays tribute to the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club, an international brotherhood of active and retired law enforcement officers who share a passion for motorcycle riding and cruise together across the country. Booker’s is always bottled uncut, unfiltered, and at barrel proof.

Per Fred Noe’s notes, on the nose, it shows deep and complex notes of vanilla, nuts, and oak. The palate brings robust vanilla and caramel with a slightly smoky edge, and the finish carries a long and full character built for easygoing sipping. The pour shows Booker’s darkest, deepest amber and henna color.

A 2017 Booker’s release, this named batch is closely tracked by collectors building a complete Booker’s run. Bottled at full barrel strength with no chill filtration, it rewards a few drops of water and drinks well neat or over a single large cube.
