Description
Jean Ginglinger Ruest Alsace White Wine 2023 is a dry still white wine produced by Jean-François Ginglinger at his biodynamically farmed estate in Pfaffenheim, Alsace. The Ruest is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner from the Ruest lieu-dit, where vines grow on chalky limestone soils worked by horse and plough. Grapes are direct-pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, then aged in steel on the lees. Jean Ginglinger Ruest Alsace White Wine 2023 is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur, at 12.5% ABV, under the Alsace AOC appellation.
