Description
x Primal Cali Red Wine is our collaboration wine made with Sonoma-based winemaker Jack Sporer of Wine. It’s made from Grenache and Merlot, fermented separately, both 100% destemmed, fully macerated and pressed upon dryness. The wines are aged in french oak for 18 months before being blended and bottled. Quintessential California red wine; round and supple, notes of blackberry, cherry, prune, a very subtle hint of spice.
