Il Vinco Mistione Bianco is a natural orange wine from Lazio, Italy, made from indigenous white grapes including Procanico, Rossetto, and Malvasia Bianca Lunga. Produced by three friends—Daniele Manoni, Marco Fucini, and Nicola Brenciaglia—near Lake Bolsena in Capodimonte, the wine comes from 3 hectares of volcanic soils at 380-400 meters elevation. The grapes undergo two-day skin maceration in fiberglass tanks with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, followed by six months aging in steel tanks without added sulfites.
