Refreshing citrus zest and vibrant red fruits come from the direct pressing of Portugieser and Silvaner, with a touch of Pinot Noir added just before bottling. Aged on lees for 9 months in neutral barrels, this wine is a testament to the legacy of fifth-generation winemaker Max and his partner Marika, who continue the winemaking tradition in Saulheim village, founded by Max’s great-grandfather in 1896
