This cuvée is a blend of Garnacha (Grenache), Cariñena (Carignan), and Marselan grapes, sourced from organically farmed vineyards around Pinell de Brai. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and is bottled unfiltered without added sulfites, adhering to the winery’s low-intervention philosophy. Aged in stainless steel tanks, Vi del Trull Vi Negre captures the raw essence of its Mediterranean terroir—sun-soaked, rugged, and mineral-rich.
